Job overview
We are looking for Service Advisors to join our teams in Bedford or Peterborough, who assist with the smooth running of the IUC Contact Centres by delivering an efficient and level of call handling for both patients and healthcare professionals.
As a Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for calls into NHS 111 for patients that do not require a full assessment.
Main duties of the job
- Working with the Team Manager
- Answering inbound calls from members of the public in need of advice by directing them to the most appropriate service.
- Ensuring that all calls are answered promptly, accurately, and professionally in line with the Performance Standards.
- Participating in the monthly call audit process.
- Support the Team Manager to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of
- functions; meeting all national and local quality standards and key
- performance indicators.
