Welcome to CNRS – Come and Join Us !

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service multidisciplinary team based in Amersham and Aylesbury.   Working together to enable clients and their families to live a meaningful life alongside their neurological conditions (MS, Parkinson’s, Stroke, MND, Brain Tumours and FND), our rehabilitation approach facilitates self-management skills to enable clients to achieve their value led goals.

You will have the opportunity to work within the therapeutic models of ACT, CFT, and some CBT both in individual and group formats. Cognitive assessment will involve adapting rehabilitation around clients’ cognitive needs, and contributing to return to work discussions. There is considerable scope for joint working with other members of the team to enable the most effective rehabilitation programme for each client.

We are looking for someone with a keen interest and experience in neuropsychological rehabilitation to join our friendly and supportive MDT.

Reflections from a previous Band 7:

“CNRS is one of the nicest and supportive teams I have ever worked with. The variety of opportunities through this service and the breadth of the work has enabled me to learn and grow so much as a practitioner. The MDT works really well together and there is scope for joint working across the team. I could not have asked for a better post at the start of my career.”
