Main duties of the job
To work as part of a team providing Engineering Management duties. To lead and manage the staff within the Building section.

- Recognised Apprenticeship
- ONC/HNC in and Engineering / Construction subject, or equivalent
- IOSH Managing Safely
Desirable criteria
- Front Line Managers Cert (ILM level 3)
- Professional status and registration with the engineering council
Experience

- Experience of leading maintenance and Building teams
- Experience in Health Care building service maintenance
