Main duties of the job

To work as part of a team providing Engineering Management duties.  To lead and manage the staff within the Building section.

  • Recognised Apprenticeship
  • ONC/HNC in and Engineering / Construction subject, or equivalent
  • IOSH Managing Safely
Desirable criteria
  • Front Line Managers Cert (ILM level 3)
  • Professional status and registration with the engineering council

Experience

  • Experience of leading maintenance and Building teams
