Job overview

Working across Brighton and Hove City the post holder will directly support the HCP Team Leads (0-19) within the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) assuring the clinical safety, quality, effectiveness, and governance of the patient records system, currently SystmOne.

The post holder will manage, develop, and initiate HCP administrative systems and procedures and ensure compliance across team administrators

 

 

Main duties of the job

They will provide systems administration including support for use and maintenance of SystmOne electronic record keeping, setting up and overseeing electronic rota’s such as duty rotas, clinic rotas. Support offered will be both virtual and when required face-to-face for HCP Team Leads, clinicians and administrators, as directed by the Team Lead and/or Senior HCP Management Team.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

The post holder will provide training, supervision, and support to HCP team administrators.

They will support the HCP service with quality improvement initiatives and help develop tools to aid planning and monitoring of service developments

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Secretarial qualification RSA 3 or demonstrates equivalent knowledge through experience
  • School leaving qualification (GCSE or equivalent) in Maths and English language or able to demonstrate equivalent competence. Computer related certificate or equivalent e.g. ECDL
