Staff Nurse - ITU - Grimsby

Band 5

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our well established team of dedicated Critical Care staff. The ideal candidate should be able to interact with staff and colleagues at all levels, ensuring that the Trust’s objectives on nursing and practice are fully embedded.

We are looking to appoint a Level 1 Registered Nurse to become part of the critical care team, whom possesses an interest in Intensive Care Nursing. The successful individual must be willing to undertake critical care courses at degree level. You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills with a working knowledge of IT. You should be able to demonstrate evidence of continued professional development, be enthusiastic and a motivated team player.

The successful candidate will be confident, display a passion for providing a high standard of nursing and have the ability to be a role modelling.

The successful candidate must be willing to undertake the mentor’s course and a relevant qualification in Critical Care at degree level

We are looking for an individual who is willing to go the extra mile, not because they are asked to but because they are committed to being part of a health care team that delivers an excellent caring service to its patients.
