Surgery & Critical Care Rota Co-ordinator

We are seeking to appoint a part time Rota Coordinator to support the  Surgery & Critical Care  Division.

The Rota Coordinator will be the first point of call for medical rostering, under the guidance of the Service Manager.

This is a challenging and exciting time to join the NHS and the successful candidate will be supported to complete the team and individual objectives. We are recruiting for a highly organised and motivated individual that can work independently in a fast paced environment.

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of effective rota co-ordination for the operational group to which they are aligned at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital,  Scunthorpe General  Hospital or Goole and District Hospital.

The role will also include the communication of those rotas to all parts of the Trust that require this information for either communication purposes (e.g. Switchboard) or to be able to plan clinical activity at levels that reflect the quantity of medical time available to deliver the service.
