A number of posts are available within our treatment teams, working in the London Borough of Croydon. We are keen to appoint motivated and flexible practitioners with either a nursing or occupational therapy that are looking for a new challenge. Working with the Psychological Medicines & Integrated Care (CAG) (Croydon) are leading the way in developing evidence based care pathways for our front facing assessment and liaison teams and treatment services.
The London Borough of Croydon is a diverse Borough with complex needs. Our services include a personality disorder day programme, the SUN model and an established integrated psychological therapy service. We are in process of engaging in transformational change and will be delivering our services closer to people homes through a local network model that is aligned with GP surgeries.
This new way of working will could provide practitioner with clinical career pathways. Newly appointed staff will be provided with on-going structured support to enhance their knowledge and skills though on going individual and group supervision and an internal training programme for people working in both services. Academic learning opportunities can also be available to staff one year post employment. We are also exploring internal rotation opportunities between the assessment and treatment service to enhance learning.
