Main duties of the job

As a Receptionist and Clinic Administrator within the Ian Charleson Day Centre (ICDC), you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and front-of-house services in a highly sensitive and patient-focused environment. This role involves direct interaction with patients living with HIV, managing administrative tasks related to their care, and supporting the clinic's multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
