Job overview
We are looking for a Senior OH Advisor to join the existing team on a full time basis. In this role you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service to a variety of staff and external clients.
Main duties of the job
The role will work as a multi-disciplinary team to provide a proactive service to all members of staff, covering all areas of the working environment. The service works to national guidelines and benchmarks to maintain the physical and psychological well being of staff.
This role will require you to work autonomously and as part of the multidisciplinary team and maintain effective communication with clients, managers and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
You must be a registered nurse and also hold the OHN diploma or degree. You should have several years post registration experience and be confident in handling complex cases. NHS occupational health experience is a distinct advantage.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Registered Nurse (first level)
- OHN Cert / diploma or degree
- Continuous professional and management development
Experience
Essential criteria
- Several years post registration experience in an acute setting.
- Several years’ experience in occupational health nursing.
Desirable criteria
- NHS experience of occupational health
skills
Essential criteria
- All OH nursing competencies including, venepuncture, spirometry and audiometry
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
