These roles are also likely to have responsibility across multiple areas of work or programmes with significant requirements for external engagement.

The postholder will be required to have significant levels of relevant expertise and substantial previous leadership experience.  Three Clinical Directors will be appointed as individual Delivery Alliance Leads to each of our three Alliances.

Interviews between 28th May – 14th June ‘24

Main duties of the job

The Clinical/Care Professional Lead for the Living Well Network Alliance (LWNA) is a key post within the Lambeth Together Care Partnership. The postholder will collaborate with the LWNA teams, and the members/organisations represented by the Lambeth Clinical Cabinet, to provide leadership on a range of associated workstreams.

•    Acting as a key interface with LWNA, other alliances, other stakeholders, and locally to the Lambeth Together Assurance Group and Lambeth Together Care Partnership Board.
•    Providing clinical / care professional leadership and guidance on associated key issues and projects locally and supporting the mind and body agenda.
•    To form part of the collective decision-making and strategic direction-setting of adult mental health services as a member of the Lambeth Clinical Cabinet.
•    To recognise that social injustice, deprivation, and traumatic experiences are major factors impacting mental health and wellbeing and to support work in tackling these issues and reducing inequalities.
•    To provide support and supervision to other Clinical and Care Professional leaders and improving outcomes.

Working for our organisation

From the Catford Cat to the Brixton Windmill and Chislehurst Caves, South East London is a vibrant, fun, unique and richly diverse place to live, grow, learn and work.

The South East London Integrated Care System (SELICS) brings together the organisations responsible for health and care services in south east London, making the greatest possible contribution to the health and wellbeing of people living in our six boroughs.

SELICS is made up of staff working in many different roles, in different settings, employed in different ways, by a wide range of partner organisations, and are at the centre of our collective ambition for greater integration and better care. Employing organisations include NHS Trusts, GP practices, Social Care and Voluntary sector organisations, social enterprises, dental surgeries, pharmacies and optometrists.
