Trosolwg o'r swydd

We are looking to recruit a B4 Project Support Officer (for up to 12 months to cover a secondment) to work within the Strategic Delivery Hub (SDH). The post is a hybrid post covering both working from home as well as within Trust Head Quarters.

The post-holder will work closely with the Programme Director, Transformation Manager and Programme Manager within the Transformation Team and other key stakeholders to help support delivery of the mental health transformation programme. This programme focuses on the delivery of three key areas:- acute / crisis pathway, community services and older adult services.

This role requires the post holder to work autonomously within tight timescales and often without direct supervision from within the team. It requires excellent organisational and project support skills and an ability to communicate routine, sensitive and complex information to staff and managers at all levels within the Trust, seeking compliance with project deadlines in a positive and engaging manner.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience of working within a project support role.
