Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people's and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

At any one time, around 23,000 people in Norfolk and Suffolk are receiving care and attention from the Trust. This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join The Dementia Intensive Support Team (DIST) East. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians with strongly embedded values of working together.

DISTe are looking to recruit a conscientious, calm and confident individual.  Our successful applicant will be working alongside Business Support and Clinical colleagues within the Older Persons Care Group.

This role is a full time, substantive position, based at Walker Close in Ipswich, we promote hybrid working within the team. 

You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure.   You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems.  You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively.  Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining confidentiality are also essential.
