Opportunities have arisen for compassionate, dynamic and motivated nurses who are patient focused to join our ITU/HDU team at Kettering General Hospital
We are a 14 bedded General Critical Care Unit with 2 haemodialysis beds. The Trust aims to deliver safe, high quality care and ensures a positive patient experience. As part of our team you will represent the Trust in delivering nursing care in line with the Trust Values and treat all staff/colleagues, patients, families, and visitors with respect and dignity.
Working under the direction of the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse, you will provide and maintain effective clinical assessment to ensure that patient care is planned and evaluated.
We can offer full time or part time roles, which will be predominantly long shifts with internal rotation. Our dedicated practice development team are available for both clinical and specialist training and we actively support our staff.
If you are an experienced Registered NMC Nurse, we want to hear from you. Please clearly state your current Nursing Registration Situation and the hours you are interested in.
