We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Department Leader to provide essential support to the Department Leader and relevant personnel in delivering high standards of holistic child and family-centered care at King's Mill Hospital. As Deputy Department Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the provision of top-tier care through individualized assessments of each child and fostering a culture of family-centered care.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of children's healthcare services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Join us in making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
