We are looking for an ambitious, forward-thinking pharmacist to join the Oxfordshire Perinatal Mental Health Team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

You will be a highly motivated and collaborative Independent Prescriber Pharmacist to join our team. The post holder will support named Consultant Psychiatrists by supporting a delegated caseload of service users within the Perinatal service.

The Perinatal Mental Health Team is part of a wider adult community mental health service located across Oxfordshire and you will be joining an established group of multi-disciplinary staff both within and across the different pathways.
