The Administrator post is an integral part of the Clinical Product's team.
The post holder will be assisting the team with ensuring products and databases are up to date, liaising with Suppliers and stakeholders as required.

The Administrator will be using a database called GHX which holds all our catalogues for the purchasing of products and devices required for the efficient running of the acute and community hospitals.
You will also assist with invoice queries through Integra which is our Purchase to pay software so computer skills are essential .

Main responsibilities are to be organised and to keep databases up to date which will ensure smooth transactions for purchasing.
You will be supporting team members with setting up meetings and co-ordinating diaries for projects as required, requiring strong communication skills.
Strong ability to Multi-task and prioritise workloads as required.

Qualifications and Experience

- Good general standard of education including Maths and English Language
- Demonstrable experience in an office administrator role or equivalent including diary management general administrative duties.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft IT packages including Excel and Word
- Previous customer services experience.
- Self motivated, enthusiastic, organised with excellent attention to detail

- Working knowledge of Procurement, catalogue management and price benchmarking systems and software packages
- Working knowledge of Health Care Sector
- Experience of working with customers in a large organisation
- Experience of working with and negotiating with suppliers
