Our resourcing team is responsible for facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process of every new starter joining the Trust. Our Resourcing Assistants should have friendly and helpful customer service skills, as you will be answering calls and email queries daily. You need to be able to manage your time effectively and support the recruitment journey from the moment a vacancy arises to when the successful candidate starts in post.
This is a demanding but rewarding role where although some tasks are routine, others will require you to use your problem solving skills. You should be able to prioritise your tasks and have good attention to detail because of the nature of the information you will be dealing with.
You will need to have demonstrable experience of using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint. You will also use our social media platforms on a regular basis to attract and engage candidates to our roles and as resourcing is fast paced, you definitely need a positive, solution focused attitude!
