East Staffordshire CCG are responsible for planning and buying a wide range of health services on behalf of the local population we serve. We are led by local family doctors through our Membership of 18 GP Practices. Through this GP network, we have built up a depth of grassroots knowledge about the health needs and aspirations of the communities we serve. The services we are responsible for include urgent care, planned / non-emergency hospital care, mental health and learning disability, rehabilitation and community services. We encourage patients and members of the public to become actively involved in monitoring present health services and help to develop new health services that meet local. We also work closely with other NHS bodies, local authorities and a wide range of other organisations from the Voluntary Sector. These partnerships are vital to our success.
