What is the DoS?
The NHS Pathways DoS is a database and intelligent clinical search tool for all the health services commissioned locally and nationally in England.  The DoS is mainly used by NHS 111 Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) to refer patients to the right type of service based on presenting symptoms.

The London DoS team have also been successful in expanding the DoS to other user groups, such as ambulance crews and care homes.  The DoS is continuously developing to meet the demands of a stretched healthcare system and this role will be to support its development as part of a fast-paced innovative team.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will offer programme administration support to the London DoS Team.

The individual will need to have excellent communication, prioritisation, attention to detail and writing skills, with a flexible attitude to meet the demands and changing challenges of the services we offer.

The role will involve managing team inboxes, that includes managing feedback from DoS users such as ambulance crews and queries from stakeholders.
