Trosolwg o'r swydd

Phoenix ward is located in Littlemore Hospital, Sandford Lane, Oxford, OX4 4TN.  It is a male, single-sex ward for adults of working age (AWA) population of Oxfordshire.

There are approximately 7 male admissions per week in Oxfordshire. Inpatients are treated by a multidisciplinary team led by a consultant and the expectation is that there is shared responsibility for clinical management at an appropriate level. All inpatients have a care coordinator (either existing or allocated) and it is expected that the CCO is actively involved in inpatient care, thereby forming a link to AMHTs.

The post-holder will provide clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team on the ward along with the ward manager and modern matron and will assume consultant responsibility for patients admitted to the ward.
