Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Department of Trauma & Orthopaedics based within the Jefferies wing at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
The post is advertised as 37.5 hours per week and will be substantive post.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our existing administration and clerical team to support with the National Joint Registry and Patient Reported Outcome Measures. This will also include day to day clerical tasks. 

Main duties of the job

You will act as co-ordinator for all National Joint Replacement (NJR) and Patient Records Outcome Measures (PROMs) data entries. You will also support the secretariat, by helping with phone calls and any other ad hoc admin tasks that are within your scope.

Essential criteria
  • Good educational standard of at least GCSE in English or Maths, or equivalent
Desirable criteria
  • Medical terminology

EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable customer service experience
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
  • Previous clerical experience
Desirable criteria
  • Previous experience of working in hospital or NHS setting.
  • Experience with information databases
