Main duties of the job

Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to gain knowledge of how a radiopharmacy works?

We have an opportunity, where you can learn and develop into the role of a Radiopharmacy support worker, gaining practical skills and radiopharmaceutical knowledge working in our aseptic clean room environment.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our developing team to help provide an essential diagnostic and therapy service to our own UHS Nuclear Medicine, as well as Nuclear Medicine departments and veterinary hospitals across the South Coast.

With a 5.30 am start and a lunchtime finish, you have the chance to enjoy your outside interests as well as enjoy full-time employment.

We are looking for a punctual, reliable and dedicated team member who is prepared to learn how to manufacture Radiopharmaceuticals.

Experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. Opportunities to develop a pharmacy career may be possible.

UHS employees can access a range of NHS discounts, are entitled to a minimum of 35 days paid holiday (pro rata), and we offer a generous pension scheme.

Southampton is an attractive place to live and work situated on the south coast, with an international airport and direct trains to London.
