Trosolwg o'r swydd

This is a great clinical leadership opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist with mental health experience to develop their skills as a senior practitioner within West London NHS Trust. An Occupational therapist with the necessary skills, enthusiasm and experience to lead the mental health recovery OT team at Ealing North and South MINT.

West London NHS Trust has successfully bid for funding to develop its community mental health service in an exciting new direction, meaning that the successful applicant will be expected to develop a new focus for the occupational therapy service in line with the community mental health framework and the NHS long term plan. This policy framework places the patient at the centre of everything that we do and means that the occupational therapy service will be flexible, innovative and creative.

You will work in collaboration with the existing clinical lead in Ealing Action and together you will forge a successful occupational therapy service that meets the needs of people with mental health difficulties living in the community. Additionally, you will work alongside clinical leads from other professions in providing multi-disciplinary care.

You will also need to form effective working relationships with the wider clinical team, inpatients services, older persons, perinatal and CAMHS.
