An opportunity has arisen with the Adult Community Learning Disability Service, for an Administrator to join and support the work of the teams in the Pennine area.
The Learning Disability Service strives to provide forward thinking high quality services, working in partnership with other agencies. In addition to working with children and adults with learning disabilities or autism, we work closely with their families, and we have a strong commitment to health promotion through service development and training initiatives. Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
We are looking for an administrator with previous experience in the NHS, and the successful applicant will have proven administration and secretary skills. The post holder is expected to know how to organise clinical appointments and clinics, can type clinic letters, and support the scanning and recording of client information. They will also be expected to process referrals into the service and ensure they are dealt with accordingly.
The post holder will be accountable to the operational / clinical leads, and will be providing administrative support within the integrated health team, to ensure effective and timely clinical outcomes are met.
It is expected you will have experience of using IT systems, and in using NHS health systems in managing data.
