Hours: Part time, 14 hours per week; usual working hours 9 to 17 on Wednesdays and Monday/ Friday (to be confirmed).

Salary: £53,040 FTE per annum, plus 6% contributory pension scheme

Anna Freud is a world-leading mental health charity for children, young people and their families. Our mission is to close the gap in wellbeing and mental health by advancing, translating, delivering, and sharing the best science and practice with everyone who impacts the lives of children, young people and their families. More information about Anna Freud is available on our website:
http://www.annafreud.org/about/.

We value diversity and aim to have diverse workforce that reflects the community and our service users, in line with our vision, values and inclusion commitments. We encourage applications from all sections of the community.
Children and Young People’s Psychological Trainings (formerly CYP-IAPT) aim to improve Child and Adolescent Mental Health provision as well as develop the child mental health workforce. The Educational Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) Programme is a national funded initiative, which aims to train a workforce of new practitioners to offer help for common difficulties in children and young people, in
particular CBT-informed guided self-help for low to moderate intensity anxiety, low mood and behaviour problems within educational settings.
In collaboration with University College London (UCL) as the degree awarding body, Anna Freud is looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Programme Director to support the ongoing delivery and development of the EMHP Programme. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to expand their practice to support the training of wellbeing practitioners across educational settings. The post-holder will have experience in delivering mental health interventions, including cognitive behavioural approaches.

Please email [email protected] with any job enquiries, or if you require assistance or experience difficulties when applying. Please note that successful candidate(s) will be asked to evidence their Right to Work in the UK post-job offer – we do not hold a sponsor licence therefore we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship.

Location
Hybrid (a mixture of home/onsite working), the delivery of teaching and attending meeting by the post-holder is face-to-face depending on programme needs. For face-to-face work, the post-holder will be required to attend in person at our London office (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).
