Key Responsibilities:

•            Assist in the management of the service and provide leadership for all clinical services.

•            Play a key role in governance of the Hospital, including rolling audits and clinical documentation.

•            Actively manage the service budget.

•            Act on behalf on the Hospital Director in their absence as requested.

•            Participate on the on-call rota

Qualifications and Experience:

•            Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC)

•            Experience in working with patients with personality disorders and comorbid conditions is highly desirable.

•            Strong leadership skills.

•            Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
