The Medical Specialist Group LLP (MSG) is a partnership of specialist medical consultants who provide secondary healthcare services for the Bailiwick of Guernsey working in partnership with The Committee for Health & Social Care and plays a key role in the provision of health care services on the island.

The Bailiwick of Guernsey is a crown colony and a separate jurisdiction to the UK. Guernsey levies a flat rate of 20% income tax and healthcare services lie outside of the NHS. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the MSG is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction and operational performance of this locally renowned health care organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced CEO who wants to be a key part of the senior management team that ensures efficient delivery of outstanding health care to the people of Guernsey.

We are looking for a CEO who is a visionary leader with robust financial and business acumen. They must be able to navigate the complexities of healthcare management, maintain relationships with key partners and drive the MSG’s operations forward working closely with the Management Board, Partners, and senior leadership team, including the Chief Operations Officer.
