We are looking for a dynamic and motivated nurse with Cancer and Acute Oncology experience who want to further their career in a fast paced, lively and renowned department.

We see the importance in providing the highest standard of care to our patients and therefore encourage our team to take up the opportunities of learning advanced skills. The Successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a group of Experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

 

 

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

  •  Holding UKONS triage telephone line to assess patient with acute oncology issues.
  • Carry out planned care for a group of patients without supervision.
  •  Ensure the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence based, individualised patient care.
  •  Assist and advise staff, both registered and unregistered in the delivery of patient care.
  •  Maintain accurate clinical observations of the patient and act accordingly.
