This is an outstanding opportunity to join North Wales Police as the Head of Medical Services. You’ll be joining on a full time permanent contract within an organisation that will truly support your success in the workplace.

Applications will only be considered from Registered General Nurses, with a specialist qualification in Occupational Health, OHND or a Specialist Degree in Occupational Health. You must also have experience managing staff. All other criteria is listed on the post profile.

The role is a strategic role that  works closely with the Force Medical Advisor (FMA).

To lead the main areas of Medical Services for North Wales Police

• Occupational Health Services
• Wellbeing Services

As a subject matter expert providing specialist advice and strategic direction to the Force and has accountability on all aspects of advice on clinical governance and medical related issues.
