£25,066 - £26,632 (based on full time hours, part time applications are also welcome)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting children, young people and adults between the ages of 5 – 25 years with their care and education 
  • Enabling our learners and residents to participate in activities and have fun outside of school and college hours including bowling, swimming, cinema trips, sports, baking and sensory groups both on and offsite 
  • Recording, supporting and celebrating personal achievements and milestones, keeping all documentation up to date 
  • Developing skills according to person centred plans supporting with personal care and medication where needed
