Salary range: FTE £30,000 - £35,523, Band 5 Therapy Pay scale (pro rata salary range for term time only, part time is  £16,338 – 19,346).

 

Salary dependant on skills and experience.

 

 

St Mary’s School is a residential special school and college for pupils / students aged 5 to 19. We are looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with demonstrable interest in, or experience of, working with pupils and students with speech, language and communication needs, learning difficulties and other associated SEND..

 

 

You will be member of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for assessing, planning and delivering individualised intervention programmes for a defined caseload. You will work with children individually or in small groups within classroom-based sessions and specialist therapy spaces to enable pupils to access the curriculum and promote meaningful engagement in school-based tasks.

 

HCPC and RCOT registration is essential.  Experience of working in an educational setting is desirable.
