The Digital, Data and Technology Department a has an exciting opportunity to join its Analysis Team.  This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills and advance a career with Informatics. 

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to learn; a team player with excellent organisational and communication skills and an eye for detail with the ability to absorb lots of new information.  A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Business Intelligence and Access SQL query writing is required for this role, training in the use of various systems and analytical techniques will be provided.  We offer a full induction and training package, flexible working hours and good future career opportunities.   

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be part of a North Wales team supporting our Specialist Analysts and Information Account Managers in the delivery of a range of clinical, operational and performance-related information products.  The postholder will provide data preparation and analytic support in areas including outpatient improvement programmes, hospital site performance measures and national planned care programmes. 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
