Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The role involves assisting trained staff in delivering care to patients at their most vulnerable times, ensuring dignity and respect is maintained throughout. Staff will be supported to complete mandatory training and opportunities will be given to develop skills in venepuncture, cannulation and taking of ECG's.
Taking patients to theatre and ensuring they are care for pre and post operatively.
Your development needs will be met through personal development reviews.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to work well under pressure.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
