We are looking for an Administrator to join our Children's Services!
Our Children's service is vital to supporting any child or young person under 18 years old in our community. Your role in our team is vital to supporting the administration processes, you will act as a link between staff, schools, children's social care and GPs.
To excel in this role, you should be a great communicator, be able to work to deadlines and have amazing organisation skills.

Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive administrative support to our Sirona Children's Services Team. To act as an effective link across CCHP staff, Schools, Childrens Social Care, GPs, the general public and other relevant bodies. The post requires organisation, attention to detail and initiative to ensure that the best possible care is delivered to children, young people, their families and that targeted tasks are completed on time. |

Skills, Experience and Knowledge Required
Essential criteria
- Ability to use Microsoft 365, excel and email
- Evidence of excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone
- Evidence of high quality written documentation to include letters and reports
- Evidence of ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise own workload
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of GDPR principles
- Good problem solving skills
- Experience / understanding of dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Previous clerical experience dealing with telephone queries, correspondence and office administration
- Team working
- Experience of working in a health care setting
- Experience of EMIS and Connecting Care
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Good standard of education at GCSE level or equivalent to include English language
- Computer literate
Desirable criteria
- ICT qualifications
- NVQ2 in Business Administration
