Job overview

We believe in development and training opportunities for our staff and are looking to recruit an extremely organised, highly motivated and passionate clerical officer to support the clinical team. 

Main duties of the job

The purpose of this position is to provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative service within the Adult Continence Service. Act as the first point of contact for telephone communication for the team.

The Clerical Officer is required to work correctly and independently, within post-training guidelines. Using their own initiative and judgment, rather than overseeing them, decide when necessary to consult with their manager. All duties must be performed in accordance with Department and Board of Health Policy.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
