Job overview
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our physiotherapy team as Band 3 Physiotherapy assistant working at Holywell Hospital. The post holder will support and work along side physiotherapist working on the inpatient wards and within musculoskeletal outpatient setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and proactive multi-disciplinary team providing interventions both independently and as part of a well-supported team. Relevant experience within a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is desired.
You will help provide patient-centred physiotherapy to optimise an individual’s independence and improve their overall rehabilitation.
You will be supported in your development within the role through regular supervision and training.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate needs to be able to work well alone and as part of a team.
They need to have good communication skills, be confident, friendly and approachable and able to work flexibly.
Training and ongoing development will be available from a supportive, established team in a beautiful part of the UK.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
