The Urgent Care Board are pleased to advertise an opportunity for existing Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust staff member looking for a change in there current environment. This is a ideal role to learn and support the operational, strategic requirements from a Board of Directors, working with the care groups senior management team and Triumvirates, exploring new opportunities to improve patient services.
Main duties of the job
Based on Level 3 with the management team but with hybrid working available, the role is a pivotal one to the smooth running of the team and care group with complex diary management, event organization, servicing meetings, coordination and communication across all levels of the organization. A variety of working arrangements could be considered for the appointed postholder.

Education
Essential criteria
- Degree level or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through any combination of alternative study, employment or voluntary work
- RSA II or above or equivalent skills
- EDCL or equivalent skills in IT literacy
Experience
Essential criteria
- In depth experience of working as a senior secretary or personal assistant for a manager/clinician operating at a senior level within an organisation
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in a complex organisational environment, either in the NHS, elsewhere in the public sector or in a private or voluntary sector organisation
- Experience of contributing to, or leading on , the management of short or longer term projects
