Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Pathway Support position within our Radiology Clinical Administration Team to work at the weekends only. If you are can demonstrate enthusiasm, reliability and a commitment to meeting our patients’ expectations, then please submit your application for this role.

This is a Band 2 position working 8am-5pm Saturday and Sunday only. 

Radiology is a fast based imaging department supporting both primary and secondary care with ongoing expansion of services.

Main duties of the job

You will be running our front line reception service across various clinical areas within the Radiology department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.  You will also work within our Clinical Administration Team liaising directly with patients and scheduling their appointments across all modalities.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

The post holder will demonstrate high levels of patient care and be a knowledgeable point of contact for patients and visitors to our department.  You will provide a consistent approach across the service ensuring Radiology processes and protocols are followed.
