An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the inpatients - Adults and Specialist Rehabilitation Division, to support our clinical services.
We have 1 post available at Moseley Hall Hospital We would love to hear from you. The working hours are between Monday - Sunday 8-8
Main duties of the job
The posts will cover a range of administrative duties, predominately data input, photocopying, telephone answering, monitoring of generic/personal email accounts, scheduling of appointments, pulling patient records. Experience working on Rio. welcoming visitors .

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
Experience
Essential criteria
- • Experience of using word processing packages
- • Experience in a similar administrative/business support role
Desirable criteria
- • Experience working in the NHS or public sector.
Skills/knowledge
Essential criteria
- • Knowledge of database input, producing standard reports
- • Knowledge of electronic patient information systems, Ability to input accurately
- • Good organisation skills
- • IT skills including word, excel and outlook
- • Customer service experience
