Job overview
The Trust is looking for the right person with the necessary skills and experience to support the Paperless Programme in relation to the implementation of an Electronic Records Management System (OnBase).
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will have significant technical experience, ideally of Information Management or an EDRMS.
Experience of writing policies and procedures and assisting in the implementation of EMR or ECM application software would be desirable.
They will be a good listener, working with all internal and external parties to deliver change and solutions.
An ability to react proactively in a busy team with competing demands.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
- Working with the EDRM System Administrator, to support OnBase and the Paperless Programme.
- Give day-to-day advice and guidance on data quality and compliance issues when identified.
- To be the first point of contact for troubleshooting enquiries.
- Provide relevant advice and guidance to staff on all aspects of OnBase
