A fantastic development opportunity has arisen to act on behalf of and deputies by the manager in their absence and provide quality evidence based nursing advice support and care for service users on our Discharge focused/ reintegration services based at Endeavour House, 210 Reservoir Road, Northcroft, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 6DJ ,Erdington, Birmingham.
We are looking for an inspirational, innovative and creative individual who is dedicated to and passionate about caring for people with mental health needs. You will need to possess very good clinical and operational leadership abilities, very good interpersonal skills to contribute to and deliver high quality inclusive and compassionate care to service users at the point of discharge.
Main duties of the job
Applicants must be Registered Mental Health Nurses able to work in a challenging, dynamic and recovery focused environment.
You will need to demonstrate a range of skills including the following
Effective leadership
Staff supervision and appraisals,
Rota management ,
Effective communication, integrity, empathy, self-awareness, compassion and critical self-reflection
Clinical skills which reflect your understanding of the Mental Health Act and the frameworks, policies and procedures governing our service.
