- GCSE’s in English and Maths
- Knowledge of data protection and patient confidentiality
Skills/ experience

- Excellent Customer Service
- Experience in a retail environment
- Good time management skills, able to prioritise
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Access and Excel to manipulate data
- Ability to format and understand reports generated by computer systems
- Experience with data handling and data validation
- Ability to write, understand and follow procedures
- Ability to tackle routine tasks accurately
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience of pharmacy computer systems such as Ascribe
- Previous experience of working in a hospital pharmacy environment
