Following the promotion of a member of our team, the Quality Governance Team is looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and hardworking person to join our well-established team as a Governance Team Administrator.

This is a great opportunity for somebody to work in a busy administrative role with a keen interest in risk and quality governance within a healthcare setting. In this role there will be a diverse range of work, including minute taking and supporting committee meetings, email management, producing reports, project work and supporting financial and HR processes. You will quickly become a crucial part of many governance processes and get to experience all areas of the Quality Governance team from Risk Management, Audit and Effectiveness, Incident Reporting and Investigation, Health and Safety, Information Governance and Legal services.

- OCR/RSA II typing, or relevant experience
Knowledge

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes

- Secretarial or Administrative skills
- Data entry experience
- Working in a healthcare setting
