Family Support Worker

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the community midwifery team at Birmingham Women's Hospital, covering South Birmingham. We are looking for knowledgeable and passionate professionals, to support women and families throughout their pregnancy and postnatal journey, who meet the criteria for additional and complex needs. This post is a fixed term 12 month post, with service evaluation after 12 months, with aim to review for possible extension. - Foundation degree or equivalent level 5 study Mathematics and English level 2/GCSE grade 4 or equivalent

- Level 3 counseling course or equivalent, or counselling experience
- Mentoring or line managers course or experience
