Ward Clerk Inpatient CAMHS

NHS AfC: Band 2

Trosolwg o'r swydd

An exciting opportunity to join the Inpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Moseley.

Parkview Clinic is the regional inpatient unit serving children and young people in the West Midlands who are experiencing mental health challenges.

The Ward Clerk is an integral role to our service: you’ll need to be accurate and methodical, able to work in a team but use your own initiative, able to follow instructions and procedures, able to work with all types of people and be confident using the phone.

We are looking for good communication skills, IT skills, customer service skills and someone able to remain calm under pressure.

Someone with understanding and empathy for the young people, families and communities we serve is also highly desirable.
