Job overview

We are looking to recruit 2 x enthusiastic, highly motivated person with proven ability to prioritise and manager own workload on a 20 hour week contract working across 5 days Monday to Friday split between the 2  posts.

Principle duties will include:

Data entry and management utilising the departments bespoke electronic filing and CAFM systems.

Stock and material ordering to ensure parts are available for service delivery.

Scheduling and issuing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks within our CAFM system to a variety of trade staff.

Process request forms to support the Estates Management Authorisation and Permit to Work systems

Producing reports to provide a clear view of departmental performance so shortfalls in service delivery can be targeted.

Provide general administration support to the Estates Management team where required.

Work within the Estates Helpline taking calls from service users logging and processing them through our CAFM system.
