Job overview

The Community Paediatric department is seeking an efficient, dynamic  and friendly individual to support the department with day to day secretarial administrative duties.  The post holder will be an integral part of a small but very friendly team. 

Main duties of the job

Provide versatile day to day secretarial support to the North Bristol and wider community paediatric localities as and when required.

Be a main point of contact for families/carers/professionals requiring advice, support and direction of our services.

Provide comprehensive secretarial support to clinicians.

Produce high quality medical letters as directed by the teams clinicians.

Be adaptable, approachable and pro-active with day to day activities to support the wider team.
