Trosolwg o'r swydd

We are looking for pro-active and flexible individuals to join a supportive team of Rota Co-ordinators in Women's and Children's Services.  You will be working with medical teams to create medical departmental rotas. We can provide learning opportunities such as training to use our rota management software, developing an understanding of the demands and complexities of each service, in order to create and co-ordinate cost efficient medical rotas.

While this is a busy role you will gain a sense of accomplishment by playing a part in keeping the hospital safe and running efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring appropriate internal locum cover and reducing the reliance on external medical agency usage, avoiding unnecessary associated expenditure.

The role would suit someone who is motivated, enjoys problem solving, able to use their own initiative and is a team player; we will give you all the support you need to do a great job. The role is busy so you should be resilient to cope under pressure but you will be supported to deliver.
