Time to take the lead?

Are you a senior experienced technician looking to enhance your skills and move to the next level?  An  opportunity has arisen for the post as the Technician Lead for Dispensary Services at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS trust.

Working with the Chief Pharmacy Technician and equivalents in Procurement and Aseptics you will be leading your service to deliver excellence in quality and patient care.

With an established team of technicians and assistants in place we need your commitment and focus to adapt the service to the implementation of EPMA and demands of the NHS.

Main duties of the job

Ensure safe and high quality care

Leadership for dispensary services and acting as a senior departmental manager.

Ensure that appropriate training, stock management and safe staffing levels are in place within service responsibilities.

Deputise for and support the Chief Pharmacy Technician in the overall management and delivery of Pharmacy Services.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
