Heart Failure Specialist Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a nurse specialist as part of a close-knit heart failure team, supported by senior consultants and other members of our MDT.  

You will be a key member of the team, influencing service development and involved in internal audit, research and Heart Failure data base input. 

This Heart Failure Specialist Nurse role will require you to manage the care of complex heart failure patients incorporating assessment in the outpatient and ambulatory care setting for an often-challenging group of patients.
